| Phoenix Penstemons are vigorous, upright growing plants with spikes of slightly pendent, tubular to bell-shaped, flowers, lance-shaped leaves. They have excellent heat tolerance but also can tolerate near-freezing temperatures. Phoenix Penstemons are excellent for adding height to landscape beds and large upright containers. | |||
